Our Story

Daycamp Coffee was born out of a passion to build community through the coffee experience. The owners are inspired by the work being done at the farm level, as well as the supply chain, to produce the highest caliber of coffees in the world.

Dan Gonzales focused on creating the “sense of place” with a ground up design of the building and modern interiors, while Kyle Nies and Mark Rozell put their years of coffee industry experience into the roasting, operations, and developing the brand. The company evolved from that start into a collaborative effort between Dan and Kyle to persevere through the ups and downs of the Covid-19 pandemic and continue the vision.

The Cafe

The cafe, in the desirable Meriam Park development, was designed with comfort and approachability in mind. Natural tones and an open, airy atmosphere showcase the elements that can lend to an exceptional cafe experience.

The spacious floor plan, communal tables, and mezzanine centered in the cafe, is a favorite venue for live music, art exhibits, and public coffee events with the beloved community.

Coffee may be Daycamp's specialty, but they also take pride in partnering with local makers that are masters of their craft: Chico Chai, Beber Almond Milk, Upper Crust Bakery, All the Bitters just to name a few!
